West-Bromwich Albion and Nigerian striker, Osaze Odemwingie
has attributed his side’s victory over Southampton on Monday evening to the
baggies fans.
Odemwingie’s brace secured the fifth place for Albion as the
baggies returned to winning ways in convincing style after two straight
losses but this result left basement club Southampton rooted to the foot of the
table with eight defeats from just their first 10 league games.

The 31 year old forward said that the fans had already
started singing even before the game kicked off which was a lot of motivation for
the team.
“The most important of all is the three points which we
secured over Southampton FC but I want to thank all West-Bromwich Albion fans
for the faith they have in the club and players,”
“You guys sang even before the game that brought us fifth on
the log table even started.”Osaze posted on twitter after the match.
